As an
independent contractor, I offer a practical and inexpensive means of providing
assistance to you with your office work.
With over 18 years experience as an executive assistant and paralegal I have
excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong organizational and
problem solving abilities. I excel at spelling, punctuation, grammar, word usage
and sentence and paragraph construction.
My strong knowledge base includes residential
mortgage and real estate, trusts and estates, litigation, business and corporate
law, and builder contracting and real estate development.
I
work by contract and per diem from my home office and offer services to you as
you need them, without having to pay employer expenses and a weekly salary. My rates are hourly and I pay my own taxes and office expenses. I have a complete home office including copier, fax and scanner. I use Microsoft Word and Excel and am very proficient in email and
Internet use. I can work from hard
copy documents and templates, dictation tape transcription and transcription of
digital dictation via email attachments.
There
is no minimum or maximum job size and
work is charged in quarter-hour increments.
