TRANSMITTING DATA

Dictation and transcription can be supplied by audio tape, CD, fax, email attachment or overnight or mail delivery of hard copies.

I have a standard micro cassette dictation machine and a Sony digital voice transcriber. 

Digital transcription can be sent as an email attachment using http://www.yousendit.com

Work can be transmitted to and from my office via email, overnight delivery, regular mail or pick-up and delivery (within a limited geographic area). 

I use Microsoft Word and am very proficient in email and Internet use. I can work from hard copy documents or templates, or phone dictation and transcription of dictation via email.

The office is located on the border of Orange & Ulster Counties in New York. Pick up and delivery within a limited geographic area may be arranged.
